A true actor’s actor, Mick trained in New York with the legendary Uta Hagen—mentor to icons such as Al Pacino, Sigourney Weaver, Whoopi Goldberg, and Jack Lemmon. He was personally invited by Ms Hagen to be one of only a handful of students to perform in her celebrated documentary ‘Acting Class by Uta Hagen’, Mick went on to spend 11 years in the U.S., studying and performing in both New York and Los Angeles. His training spans Method, Meisner, Michael Chekhov, and Le Coq techniques.

Mick’s screen credits include major international productions such as AMC’s Preacher, Shantaram alongside Charlie Hunnam, and the feature film The Legend of Ben Hall. As a teacher, he holds a Bachelor of Education and has taught acting in NYC, LA, Sydney, and Melbourne.
