"Self-tapes are a huge part of an actor's life, and I started before they were a thing, and have worked all through the transition, and now I very much doubt they are going anywhere - so it's in an actor's best interest to not only make them second nature but make them enjoyable."

Meet Jade:
With over a decade of experience in the film and TV industry, I have had the privilege of working on a diverse array of projects across the globe. My credits include films such as Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, A Working Man, and Down a Dark Hall, as well as popular TV series like Indian Detective (Netflix) and Season One of The Witcher (Netflix).
2025 marks my most successful year to date, with my slate reaching eight active projects spanning the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. Since I began, I’ve contributed to over 25 titles, many of which were uncredited early on. Starting as an intern and even spending time in Lionsgate’s mailroom. Before leaving film school, I directed 35 short films in just 2.5 years and served as my university’s resident casting director, embodying a relentless hustle from the very beginning.
Today, I’m transitioning into producing for low-budget, independent feature films. Recognising how integral casting is to development, I often overlap my roles, committed to projects I believe in wholeheartedly, those with compelling scripts, passionate teams, and strong potential. If I see a project I connect with, I devote myself to it from inception to completion.
I will continue my work in the studio film arena with Finnian Tweed Casting, while also embarking on a new journey as Casting Director and Executive Producer for independent projects. I am dedicated to bringing authentic stories to life and supporting projects where I can make the most impact.
Beyond filmmaking, I am an international coach and career consultant for actors. As a fully qualified NLP practitioner with diplomas in counseling, emotional intelligence, and profiling, I run workshops worldwide and host a yearly retreat in the South of France. I am passionate about empowering actors to lead more fulfilling lives, whether by securing representation, booking roles, or simply stepping into their full potential.
Currently, I’m working on Beekeeper 2, Road House 2, John Rambo, Silent Blossoms, and Eat Me!. I believe in creating opportunities that inspire growth, collaboration, and authentic storytelling.
