A highly experienced casting director and trauma-informed coach, Jade brings unparalleled expertise to help actors deliver real, authentic, and standout performances.
Officially a Trauma-Informed Coach, Jade works closely with Frankie Fearis (Casting Associate) and Mimi Khayisa (Actress/Witcher) on projects which support Actors and their Mental Wealth.
Over these two four hour workshops, Jade will focus on auditioning, self tape technique and refining performance for the screen

Workshop Breakdown:
Day 1 - First Call:
Intro and ice-breaker questions.
Jade will give individual feedback on the self tapes that you send prior to the online workshop.
Jade will also give redirection for you to go away and re-tape, applying her notes.
Jade will guide on how to approach your self tape auditions and how to make them enjoyable.
Finish off with a Q&A session.
Day 2 - Second Call:
Your 2nd tapes will be reviewed and will be discussed how the redirection affected the performance.
Compare the difference between the first and second tape.
Final discussion and Q&A
PREPARATION:
Jade will send out a choice of 3 scenes 5-7 days prior to the commencement of the course. You must send in a tape before the first session via Vimeo (password protected) or YouTube (unlisted link).
The 2nd tapes are due no more then 4 days after the First Call.

About Jade:
With over a decade in the global film and TV industry, I’ve worked on projects such as Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, The Witcher (Netflix), and Indian Detective (Netflix), contributing to over 25 titles since starting in Lionsgate’s mailroom. 2025 marks my most successful year yet, with eight active projects across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia, including Beekeeper 2, Road House 2, John Rambo, Silent Blossoms, and Eat Me!.
Now expanding into producing independent features while continuing my studio work with Finnian Tweed Casting, I’m passionate about authentic storytelling and supporting meaningful projects. Beyond filmmaking, I’m an international coach and NLP practitioner, empowering actors worldwide through workshops, consulting, and retreats to reach their full potential.
