SYDNEY PROGRAM DATES - 2012
We are very excited to be announcing our new programs for 2012, we are going to be doing a lot more in Sydney to bring it in line with our other programs in Melbourne & the Gold Coast. We have a lot of new and exciting courses, check out the programs and dates that are below!

Emotions #1 - One Course Running in 2012
Learn a whole new technique to get those Emotions flowing. This program stands on its own and is the most innovative & modern program in existence. Do you need to brush up on your emotional skills? Then this is the program for you! There are no prior requirements for this course.

Students must have completed Elements #1 or Emotions #1 at very least to do this program, preferably students have completed a number of our programs.

Takes you to performance level where you can hopefully call upon any emotions as required at any time. Students should have completed Emotions #1 to do this program.

Duration: This is an 8 session course that runs over four consecutive weeks, each session is of 3 hours in duration.

Character for the Screen - One Course Running Only in 2012
Students should have completed Elements #1 or Elements #2 and or Emotions #1 to do this program. Understand and exhibit the modern approach to behaviors - be able to freely express and portray yourself as any character in any given circumstance.

Duration: This is an 8 session course that runs over four consecutive weeks, each session is of 3 hours in duration.

Introduction to Speaking American with Melissa Agnew
Speaking American is one of your key tools as an actor if you want to go to LA and audition for the US - an American Accent is a must! Learn the basics that you will need to assist you in this process - No prior requirements.
Duration: This workshop runs over one weekend only

Advanced Speaking American with Melissa Agnew
Continue to learn & take your American accent to the next level. Heading to LA? Then this program is a MUST! Students must have completed the Introduction to Speaking American with Melissa Agnew first to gain entry in to this program.
Duration: This workshop runs over one weekend only

Teens Term Classes
This program caters for Teens aged 12 - 16. These classes run per school term teaching all the basic necessities for screen acting. No prior requirements for this course, each term is 9 to 10 weeks in duration and each session runs for three hours in length (working in with the school term).
Term #1 - Saturday 4th February - Saturday 31 March
Term #2 - Saturday 28th April - Saturday 23rd June
Term #3 - Saturday 21st July - Saturday 22nd September
Term #4 - Saturday 13th October - Saturday 15th December
Cost: $295 per term

The Ultimate Screentest Workshops - Only Five Running in 2012
These programs are designed to help you try and get a job! Get familiar with Casting Directors and expose your skills, learn from working industry professional and hone up on your audition skills. Casting Directors are confirmed closer to each of the dates (due to their availabilities)

National Actors Intensive - Only Two Running in 2012
An exhausting, but incredibly rewarding week. In five days this intensive program will give you what no other program in Australia can do. Work with some of Australia's most respected currently working Film & TV Producers & Directors and have the opportunity to perform for all of them and receive an instant evaluation of your work. 20 Week Full Time Program
A unique opportunity to study all of TAFTA's short term courses in a concentrated period of time to produce the skills that could make you a working actor! Classes run three days a week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10am - 5pm. Entry is via Audition only. No prior requirements.

LA Experience
This program is NOT for the faint hearted or the inexperienced or those without sufficient training or skills. This 10 week program will take you to the next level. Over the program you will be required to speak in a GenAm accent the entire time! Entry via Audition only.
