Hi Everyone,
Sorry this is a bit late but I’ve been flat out. We just
had a fantastic week during the Sydney National Actors Intensive
in Sydney. Apart from a fantastic letter I got from Sandra Galvin
which I will put on Face Book, I just want to quote a part of
Emma Lovell’s letter regarding the Intensive. She says:”It’s
been an absolute roller coaster and I feel like I’ve just
been pulled into an abyss but I also feel like I’ve just
woken up”. I guess the Intensive can do that to you. It
does wake you up and it does put you through the ringer but
you feel exhilarated afterwards and it gives you an incredible
energy to keep going. The Melbourne Intensive is coming up in
July and I’m really looking forward to it.
Pia-Grace Moon has now been placed on-hold for Bruce Beresford’s
Women in Black. Fingers crossed for her.
It’s a month of waiting as we have call-backs to James
Frecheville, Ryan Bate and Seb Gregory for Beneath Hill 60 and
Jack Naylor for A Heartbeat Away.
Daniela Cristea got the role she tested for in the ABC’s
mystery Drama which we now believe is called Race Relations.
Lots of NEW COURSES coming up in both Sydney Melb and Queensland.

David Man may have to return to the US in early August (FOR
QUITE SOME TIME) and this may be the last opportunity to work
with this brilliant actor/director/teacher. A Speaking American
Intensive is planned for Sydney in July and also in Melbourne.
The exact dates will be announced shortly. Please enquire to
get in early as places will be strictly limited.
